RFO: Puppeteer - Wip

A work in progress... An artwork dedicated for a vanguard character named "Puppeteer" in the game Rising Force Online.

It's taking a while for my to finish this. >_<; so many things to do... so little time.

I finally got Puppeteer to give me a screenshot of his character so that I could fix the details on the armors.
